  • Do you have a passion for marketing, costume, wardrobe, and/or theatre? Are you looking for an opportunity to get involved in your local community? Look no further! The Mira Theatre is currently seeking work study interns to help in multiple areas of the theatre.

    As an unpaid intern, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented and dedicated team of art and entertainment professionals to bring our productions to life. Whether you are an aspiring graphic designer or marketer, social media guru, experienced seamstress or stylist, or just starting out, we welcome all levels of expertise.

    Interns will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

    We have the following internship openings:
    • Costume fittings and adjustments
    • Costume maintenance and
    • Graphic design
    • Fabric selection and sourcing
    repairs
    • Social media
    • Sewing and alterations
    • Inventory and organization

    We are looking for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about theatre. We prefer interns that are available on a regular basis, but special project interns are needed too.

    In return, interns will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in theatre production, meet new people, be part of the vibrant theatre community in our area, and receive academic credit (if necessary).
